Q) What am I allowed to bring with me into the Correctional Facility.
A) Persons serving Intermittent Sentences are permitted to bring the following:
-
A religious medal no larger than 1 inch by 11/2 inches, with a chain no larger in diameter than a pencil lead. No sharp edges or stones.
-
Married inmates may wear a plain wedding band without stones or sharp edges.
-
Inmates on prescription medications should bring in the medication in the prescription bottle. Jail medical staff will verify medication and make any determinations regarding them.
-
Inmates actively attending school may receive sergeant’s approval to bring in a textbook based upon proof of need.
