This free, six-week program is for those who suffer from long-term health concerns or care for someone who does, as well as those who want to learn how to feel more in control of their own health. Developed by Stanford University, the lessons over the course of the six session will cover:
*Techniques to manage symptoms including anxiety, stress, depression, fatigue, pain, frustration, limitations, and more.
*How to start eating and exercising to improve your health.
*Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
*How to create an"action plan" for a healthier life.
