This stress reduction program is for people with ongoing illness or other sources of chronic stress. The Rev. Dr. Richard McCaughey and certified holistic stress management instructor Jennifer Klein focus on wholeness of mind, body and spirit through the reshaping of thoughts, emotions and stress responses. Please not classes will not be held on April 11 or April 13.

This month, Linda Rowsick, RD, CD-N, will discuss "Diet and Hyperlipidemia: Does what you eat really make a difference?" Rowsick, a registered dietitian for over 35 years, focuses on promoting health via an essential part of our lives - food. She is a Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist in New York State and has worked in various healthcare settings. Currently, she is the Nutrition Clinical Coordinator at Thompson Health and works in outpatient services for the Nutrition Therapy Center. Work under this contract consists of the replacement of Ontario County’s Pump Station 1N force main. Pump Station 1N is located near the southwest intersection of Fire Hall Road and Aroline Drive in the Town of Canandaigua. The work generally includes replacement of the existing buried force main, as well as modifications to the interior above-grade discharge piping; replacement of pump station instrumentation and controls; the installation of gravity sewer main and associated manholes; connection to an existing County manhole; and site grading and drainage improvements.
