    This educational and social gathering is for first-time mothers and their babies. Carrie Hartman, RS, BSN, and Courtney Phillips, RN, lactation consultant, will be available to answer questions about breastfeeding and parenting.   4. The Food Prescription

    Following a free Sept 12 information session, this four-part series addresses the cause of disease - rather than just treating the symptoms - and is presented by Kerry Graff, MD, and Linda Rowsick, RD, CD-N. Participants will learn about how diet impacts your health, the benefits of eating a whole-food/plant-based diet, and how to transition to a healthier diet. When two co-registrants - who register and pay at the same time - we will provide one set of books and handouts therefore discounting registration fee to $225. Participants will not be refunded for classes missed (should a participant have an extenuating circumstance, a written request for a refund will be considered).
