The Ontario County Department of Public Works is requesting sealed bids to set up a contract for HVAC Air Filters.
The item list, which appears on the Bid Form, has been built to set a standard of quality and operation. Equals will be entertained. All alternates offered must be clearly marked. Samples may be required at the request of the County (refer to the General Information section for additional information).
The list on the Bid Form contains most of the required filters and will be used to establish a contract. Ontario County reserves the right to add or delete filters and/or using departments and agencies at any time during the length of the contract. The Bidder shall provide a markup over vendor cost to be used for filters that are not specifically listed on this document. The quantities listed are estimates only and subject to change. Filters may be ordered at any time during the contract.
